Life Insurance

A disabling illness or injury can be financially devastating. That's why ADT/Tyco offers you the opportunity to purchase long-term disability (LTD) coverage for yourself at favorable group rates. LTD coverage replaces part of your income in the event that you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to an illness or injury. LTD coverage ensures that you have financial protection when you need it most.

Dependent Care Reimbursement Account

The Dependent Care Reimbursement Account is a valuable option designed to help employees pay for qualifying work-related child care, elder care or other dependent care expenses on a pretax basis. Contributions to the Dependent Care Account are made through employees' voluntary pretax payroll deductions, and can be withdrawn for eligible expenses incurred any time during the year.

Adoption Assistance

ADT/Tyco realizes that the cost of adopting a child is beyond the reach of many families. For this reason, ADT/Tyco has introduced an Adoption Assistance Program. The program provides reimbursement for up to $5,000 per eligible adoption.

The program is easy to use and offers eligible ADT team members many benefits when purchasing a home computer system and/or accessories eligible under the program.

The Employee Assistance Program, or EAP, provides our participants and their household members with access to health and wellness information, self-administered assessments, online articles, and personal improvement programs.

Tuition Reimbursement

Financial Plans

401(k)

ADT/Tyco's 401(k) plan helps eligible team members build significant resources for long-term needs such as retirement. You can save up to 35% of your pay on a pretax and/or after-tax basis (highly compensated team members can save up to 15% of pay on a pretax and/or after-tax basis). In addition, when you save through the plan, ADT/Tyco will match your savings up to set plan limits. The plan is administered by Fidelity Investment Services and offers a variety of funds.

Credit Union

ADT advises team members to take advantage of the opportunity to become a part of IBM Southeast Credit Union. As a member, you can take advantage of the many financial benefits available including receiving high yields on federally insured deposit accounts and low rates on loans.
