Six Months Money Back Guarantee

If during the six months following installation we are unable to resolve any installation/service-related concern, we will refund the installation charge and/or any monitoring fees paid. Subject to the terms and conditions of the ADT Small Business Services Contract between you and ADT Security Services, Inc. Applies to ADT Small Business customers only.

Mover's Security Guarantee

If you move after two years, ADT will provide you with a $100 discount on the installation of an ADT PremisePro monitored security system in your new business location. Applies to ADT Small Business customers only. To qualify for the Relocation Discount Guarantee, you must have been under contract with ADT for at least two years, and your ADT account must be in good standing. You must also provide ADT with the name and telephone number of the new occupant of your former business location. Discount does not apply to the purchase of all new systems.
