ADT is one of the exclusive suppliers of electronic security equipment, and system installation and integration services, to the U.S. Marshals Service, which is responsible for all federal courthouses in the United States and U.S. Commonwealth Territories.
As America's oldest federal law enforcement agency, the U.S. Marshals and their Deputies provide protective services to federal judges and U.S. courthouses and are also charged with safely transporting federal prisoners and managing assets seized from criminals.
As an electronic security services provider to the U.S. Marshals Service, ADT is responsible for supplying, installing, servicing and maintaining integrated security systems in all new and existing federal courthouses, which currently number more than 700. Under its current contract with the federal government, ADT is providing highly integrated security solutions, including: access control and video surveillance systems.
ADT has equipped federal courthouses and other USMS facilities with complex, highly integrated security systems. In addition to the U.S. Marshal Service, ADT also provides these services to the U.S. Attorneys and the Federal Protective Services within the same facilities.
ADT's nationwide operations, which include 220 offices across the United States, provide the required infrastructure and capabilities to handle a contract of this complexity, size, and scope.
