ADT Companion Service® provides seniors and adults living with disabilities the freedom to live independently.

Living alone doesn't mean being alone. With our wireless home medical alert systems you can enjoy all the comforts of home with the knowledge that in the event of an emergency, help is just the push of a button.

  1. Press the button on either your waterproof wristband or pendant.
  2. An ADT Monitoring Professional will speak with you over the 2-way voice intercom. In the event you aren't near your base station or phone, our ADT Monitoring Professional will automatically call for help on your behalf.
  3. With ADT's home medical alert systems, if there is an emergency, an ADT Monitoring Professional will send help and can call to dispatchan ambulance or notify a relative or neighbor.
